User data deletion

1. Your right to erasure
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the complete deletion of your personal data held by PAU.
Deletion is permanent. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. PAU will no longer remember your conversations or preferences.
2. Data concerned
The deletion includes all data associated with your account:
- Your user profile (name, email, identifiers)
- The complete history of your conversations with PAU
- Stored memories and preferences
- Any data derived from your interactions
3. How to request deletion
You can request the deletion of your data in several ways:
Option 1: Directly via PAU
Send a message to PAU on any channel (WhatsApp, Instagram or email) requesting:
"I want to delete all my data" or "Delete my account and data"
Option 2: By email
Send an email to contact@my-pau.com with:
- Subject: Data deletion request
- Your name or identifier used with PAU
- The channel(s) concerned (WhatsApp, Instagram, email)
4. Processing time
Your request will be processed within the following timeframes:
- Request via PAU: immediate deletion or within 24 hours
- Request by email: deletion within a maximum of 30 days (in accordance with GDPR)
You will receive confirmation once the deletion has been completed.
5. After deletion
Once your data has been deleted:
- Your PAU account will be deactivated
- PAU will no longer respond to your messages
- No data will be retained in our systems
- If you contact PAU again, a new account will be created with no history
6. Third-party data
The deletion only applies to data stored in PAU's systems. Messages already sent via WhatsApp, Instagram or email remain on those platforms according to their own retention policies. We recommend also deleting the conversations on your end if you wish.
