User data deletion

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the complete deletion of your personal data held by PAU.

Deletion is permanent. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. PAU will no longer remember your conversations or preferences.

You can request the deletion of your data in several ways:

Option 1: Directly via PAU

Send a message to PAU on any channel (WhatsApp, Instagram or email) requesting:

"I want to delete all my data" or "Delete my account and data"

Option 2: By email

The deletion only applies to data stored in PAU's systems. Messages already sent via WhatsApp, Instagram or email remain on those platforms according to their own retention policies. We recommend also deleting the conversations on your end if you wish.
