1. Acceptance of terms

By using PAU ("Personal Assistant for yoU"), you accept these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

PAU is an intelligent personal assistant accessible via:

• WhatsApp
• Instagram (direct messages)
• Email

PAU uses artificial intelligence to converse with you, remember your preferences and assist you with your daily tasks.

3. Terms of use

By using PAU, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering
• Not use the service for illegal or abusive purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent the service's security measures
• Not send hateful, violent or illegal content
• Not use the service for spam or unsolicited solicitation

4. User account

Your PAU account is created automatically during your first interaction. It is linked to your identifier on the channel used (WhatsApp number, Instagram account or email address).

You are responsible for the security of your messaging accounts and all activity carried out through them.

5. Intellectual property

The PAU service, its design, source code and brand are protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of your messages and content sent to PAU.

6. Limitation of liability

PAU is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Errors or inaccuracies in PAU's responses
• Temporary service interruptions
• Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service
• Data loss due to circumstances beyond our control

7. Service availability

We strive to keep PAU available 24/7. However, the service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates or in case of force majeure.

8. Pricing

PAU is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, with prior notice.

9. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in the event of a breach of these terms. You may also stop using the service at any time and request the deletion of your data.

10. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
